QBM is designed to gradually build a quality-conscious society by driving awareness, behavioural change, and adoption of best practices through nationwide campaigns, pledges, workshops, and sectoral programmes. Early outcomes include wider participation from Hospitals, Universities, MSMEs and public institutions in qualityfocused activities, stronger discourse on quality in public life, and the creation of templates for state-level and thematic quality movements—laying the groundwork for improved efficiency, safety, competitiveness, and citizen satisfaction over time.
