Gunvatta Gurukul Convocation Ceremony

The convocation ceremony of the first batch of Gunvatta Gurukul was held at Hindi Bhawan, New Delhi on 7th of February. Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Union Minister for Commerce & Industry, Consume Affairs, Food & Public, Distribution and Textiles graced the event as the chief guest for the ceremony.

During his address to the students, Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Union Minister for Commerce & Industry, Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, and Textiles, not only congratulated all the graduates for their sincere dedication to understanding the value of quality in achieving Amrit Kaal and Viksit Bharat@2047 but also emphasized the significant impact the ‘Gunvatta Gurukul’ initiative would have on their careers, allowing them to earn while learning. He urged the audience to bear in mind the 5 PRANS mentioned by Hon’ble Prime Minister Narendra Modi as a roadmap to achieving the goal of a developed nation by 2047.
In his special address, Shri Jaxay Shah, Chairperson, Quality Council of India, highlighted the historic occasion, celebrating the hard work, dedication, and learning of the first batch of students. He underscored the pivotal role these young graduates can play in bringing positive change at the grassroots level, considering Gunvatta Gurukul as one of the most significant initiatives by QCI in harnessing the true potential of the youth. Shah expressed hope that this marks the commencement of a new chapter where they evolve into leaders of the Quality Bharat Mission.
Expanding on the program’s unique approach, Shri Subroto Ghosh, Head PPID, QCI, expressed pride in the Gurukul as not just a center of excellence for a select few, but a beacon of opportunity for talent nationwide. He emphasized the inclusivity that strengthens their commitment to democratizing quality education.
