Gunvatta Sankalp aims to mobilize stakeholders in recognizing areas requiring intervention. This is achieved as Quality Council of India (QCI) shares information about its initiatives and engagement across sectors through ongoing or completed projects, allowing state governments to identify potential intervention areas within their states. Through fostering collaborations across all states involving industry, government, academia, and civil society, the initiative seeks to leverage collective expertise and resources for the enhancement of quality infrastructure, processes, and outcomes.

Objective:
- To augment and synergize state government's quality improvement endeavours in various sectors such as Governance, Education & Skilling, Healthcare, and Tourism & Culture among others.
- To undertake targeted interventions across states of India to bolster quality standards through strategic partnerships at state and district levels.
- To establish a grassroots foundation of quality consciousness by fostering a culture of quality awareness across states and districts.
- To leverage the expertise and experience of QCI’s specialised Boards and Divisions and spearhead initiatives to build a comprehensive quality ecosystem and quality infrastructure in collaboration with state governments.
- To augment capacity and infrastructure to establish Quality Monitoring and Assurance mechanisms across states to bolster the foundation for 'Atma Nirbharta' (self-reliance).
